Recruiting a Senior Brand Manager specifically within the media & Digital Marketing Agency space with experience in digital advertising in terms of social, online (Web) and other online platforms Suitable candidates would require at least 4-5 years’ experience within brand management working with multiple brands simultaneously specifically within a Digital Marketing Agency. Knowledge of digital advertising and online essential. Previous experience working with blue chip brands and multi brands simultaneously
 

Responsible for adapting a brand strategy for the brand/s target market. As the brand guardian, the brand managers maintain brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives and communications, and may manager a portfolio of brands
 
Educational Requirements:
Marketing Degree or Relevant Qualification
Multi brand experience working with blue chip brands and multi brands simultaneously
Previous experience within traditional and digital online advertising marketing essential
Excellent computer literacy is essential if MS outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel
To manage a very small team of brand managers
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for managing brands in various markets to deliver business objectives
Responsible for implementing marketing strategies that develops and grows the designated brand
Create and manage the budget and organize resources to meet the brand objectives
Responsible for researching, planning, coordinating, and implementing of marketing plans/special projects
Deliver excellent brand marketing execution in a complex, multi-cultural environment that contributes to long term profitable growth
New product development, facilitating collection of preliminary data, analyses information and reports data for projects/brand strategies
Creative campaigns to continue being a market leader and gain market share from competitors
Conducts assessments of the products and market and competitive activity and recommend strategy for the marketing plan, promotional plan, and project schedule process
Coordinate and cooperates with sales and product managers in launching new products
Attends trade shows and industry association meetings
Negotiates with outside vendors as appropriate
May establish product pricing
Strategy development
Conduct market research
Analytics of data to identify trends, issues, opportunities for growth and development
Obtain continuous insights from branches/sites
Identify opportunities for new product development
Budgets
Develop annual budgets
Monitor and update brand expenditure monthly
Realign budgets to brand targets
Ensure budgets to brand targets
Ensure budget allocation with yield highest ROI
Stakeholder relationships
Establish relationships with all the business unit stakeholders
Marketing campaigns
Development of effective and creative marketing campaigns that contribute to the brand growth
Ensure all communication and collateral is aligned to the brand values, identity, and vision
Ensure timeous execution of campaigns
Identify new marketing channels for driving brand awareness and lead generation
