Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic individual to serve as a Lecturer in our Diploma Supply Chain and Logistics program. This position involves teaching both face-to-face and online classes, providing students with comprehensive instruction and guidance to excel in the field of supply chain management.


Requirements:
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is required. A higher degree (Master's or Ph.D.) is preferred.
Demonstrated expertise and professional experience in supply chain and logistics, with a strong understanding of industry principles, processes, and technologies.
Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable, particularly in a higher education setting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
Proficiency in using educational technologies and online learning platforms for course delivery and management.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lectures and facilitate interactive discussions on various topics related to supply chain and logistics.
Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments, to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
Provide academic support and mentorship to students, guiding them in their learning journey and helping them achieve their educational goals.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and professional development.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management, integrating real-world examples and case studies into teaching.
