Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Competency with both Apple Mac and Windows operating systems.
Solid understanding of graphic design principles.
Exceptional creative and artistic skills, with a meticulous eye for detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong multitasking abilities.
As a Visual Content Designer, you'll be an integral part of our creative team, reporting directly to the Creative Director. Your primary responsibility will be to craft visually stunning graphics across various platforms and media channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Develop visually compelling and on-brand graphics for diverse platforms and media.
Content Creation: Produce captivating visuals for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, and promotions.
Brand Consistency: Maintain uniformity in design elements, typography, and color schemes to reinforce brand identity.
Visual Strategy: Assist in shaping the company's visual content strategy by creating mood boards, style guides, and templates.
Image Editing: Edit and retouch photos as necessary to enhance visual appeal.
Video Graphics: Occasionally create graphics, animations, and assist in video editing.
Market Research: Keep abreast of design and social media trends, as well as competitor activity, to ensure our content remains fresh and competitive.
Feedback Integration: Solicit feedback from stakeholders and teams and adapt designs to align with marketing objectives.
Collaboration: Work closely with the team to foster a cohesive and collaborative design environment.
Open to Critique: Embrace feedback and suggestions to continuously improve designs.
Timely Delivery: Complete assigned tasks within allocated timeframes.
Excellent communication skills and the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in developing graphics from conceptualization to execution.
Knowledge of video editing and animation tools, such as After Effects, is a plus.
