Proficiency in accounting software such as Pastel or ERP, and Sage 300 Accpac
Advanced knowledge of Excel
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the optimal and streamlined operations of various functions and personnel within the finance department
Provide guidance, supervision, and training to staff members
Prepare and execute monthly journal entries and management accounts
Uphold and execute policies and procedures, ensuring compliance across the board
Perform monthly reconciliations, process journals, and generate reports on management accounts
Contribute to budgeting, diligently monitoring, and maintaining control over financial matters
Assist in the processing of fixed assets and inventory records
