We are seeking an experienced and visionary individual to lead our Faculty of Management Sciences , located in the vibrant community of Randburg, South Africa. As the Head of Faculty, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the academic direction, fostering innovation, and driving excellence in management education.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Faculty of Management Sciences.
Develop and implement academic programs that meet the highest standards of quality and relevance.
Foster a culture of excellence in teaching, research, and service among faculty members.
Lead initiatives to enhance student learning experiences and promote student success.
Cultivate partnerships with industry, government, and other stakeholders to enhance the impact and relevance of our programs.
Provide mentorship and support to faculty members, fostering their professional development and growth.
Oversee faculty recruitment, retention, and evaluation processes.
Manage the Faculty's budget and resources effectively, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
Represent the Faculty within the institution and in external forums, promoting its reputation and interests.

Qualifications:
A doctoral degree in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
A distinguished record of scholarship and teaching in management sciences or related disciplines.
Demonstrated leadership experience in academic administration, preferably at the level of department chair or higher.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
A commitment to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the Faculty and the broader institution.
Experience in curriculum development, program assessment, and accreditation processes.
A track record of building successful partnerships with external stakeholders, such as industry, government, and professional organizations.
Familiarity with the higher education landscape in South Africa and an understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing management education.
