As the General Manager/Campus Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations and strategic direction of our campus. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of campus life, including facilities management, student services, staff supervision, and community outreach. The ideal candidate will possess a strong leadership presence, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, education, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in higher education administration, campus management, or a related field
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, budget management, and organizational development.
Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and industry trends in higher education
Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of campus life.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to all staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the campus, including facilities maintenance, security, and administrative functions
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
Collaborate with academic departments to support the delivery of high-quality educational programs and services
Manage campus budgets and financial resources, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control measures
Cultivate strong relationships with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders to promote a sense of community and engagement
Develop and implement marketing and recruitment strategies to attract prospective students and enhance the campus's reputation
Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of campus operations and identify areas for improvement
Represent the campus at meetings, events, and conferences, both internally and externally, as needed
