Education Requirements:
Minimum Requirement: Honours Degree in Psychology/Social Sciences
Demonstrated teaching portfolio showcasing student support and success.
Minimum 1 year of lecturing experience required; 3 or more years preferred.
Specialized knowledge and technical skills in the subject discipline for curriculum development and learning support.
Active engagement in professional academic development, including compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate student learning through interactive teaching methods.
Promote student success and retention through tailored initiatives.
Stay updated on developments within the subject area.
Ensure quality delivery of content and assessments.
Act as Module Leader, overseeing curriculum materials and delivery.
Ensure academic coherence and integrity of the Module.
Coordinate logistical aspects of Module delivery and resources.
Review Module performance for continuous improvement.
Monitor student progress and provide support as needed.
Maintain quality assurance standards for Module reporting and certification.
