Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their specific image requirements.
Excellent creative and artistic skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in creating graphics for various industries or niches is a plus.
Knowledge of video editing and animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:
Graphic Design: Create visually engaging and on-brand graphics for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Content Creation: Generate eye-catching visuals for social media posts, campaigns, advertisements, and promotions.
Brand Consistency: Ensure design elements, typography, and color schemes are consistent across all social media channels to reinforce brand identity.
Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars and schedules, ensuring timely delivery of graphics for planned campaigns.
Visual Strategy: Contribute to the development of the visual content strategy, including the creation of mood boards, style guides, and templates.
Image Editing: Edit and retouch photos as needed to enhance their quality for social media use.
Video Graphics: Design graphics and animations for video content on social media platforms as required.
Market Research: Stay updated on design trends, social media trends, and competitor activity to ensure our content remains fresh and competitive.
Feedback Integration: Gather and integrate feedback from stakeholders to align designs with the company's marketing objectives.
Analytics and Testing: Work with the marketing team to track graphic performance and conduct A/B testing to optimize content for engagement and conversion.
