Qualifications and Requirements:
Matric certificate.
2-3 years of experience in student support, academic advising, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with student information systems.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Typing speed of at least 25 wpm.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse student population and handle sensitive situations with tact and confidentiality.
Comfortable working in a pressurized environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate information on academic programs, course selections, and career pathways.
Assist students through the enrolment process, including application submission, document verification, and orientation.
Maintain up-to-date and confidential student records.
Support the development and implementation of academic programs and workshops.
Collaborate with faculty and other departments to ensure comprehensive academic support.
Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving student inquiries and concerns promptly.
Communicate regularly with students through various channels to keep them informed of campus events and updates.
