We are looking for a dedicated Student Journey Officer to handle administrative tasks for our academic programs. This role involves ensuring smooth program delivery and providing excellent student support to enhance student retention. You will be the primary contact for student queries and aim to resolve them within 24 hours.

Requirements:
Minimum of a high school diploma; post-school qualification is a plus.
1- 3 years of experience in academic and program administration.
Knowledge of quality assurance and regulatory requirements.
Proficient in using student information systems and Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
Student Onboarding:
Manage applications, registrations, and enrolments.
Conduct applicant interviews, student orientation, and campus tours.
Ensure all admission requirements are met.
Assist with walk-in inquiries and applications.
Onboard students into their programs and ensure they have the necessary materials.
Academic Administration:
Maintain accurate student records and data.
Assist with exams, including administration and moderation.
Handle student requests for credits, exemptions, and graduation verification.
Student Support:
Track and follow up on student attendance.
Identify and support at-risk students.
Manage and resolve student complaints promptly.
Provide ongoing support to ensure student success and retention.
Program Facilitation:
Ensure students and lecturers have access to necessary materials.
Administer assessments and manage results.
Coordinate the creation and storage of Portfolios of Evidence
Feedback and Surveys:
Administer and analyse student and lecturer surveys.
Implement improvements based on survey results.
General Administration:
Maintain organized filing systems.
Communicate effectively with students and lecturers.
Support academic staff with performance reviews and other administrative tasks.
