What You Need to Bring to the Table:
Experience: Ideally, you've done this for a bit—about 1 to 3 years.
Skills: You should be good on the phone (people like talking to you!), and you need to know your way around basic computer programs like Microsoft Word and Excel.

Be the Face of the Company: You'll be the first person everyone sees when they walk in or calls in. It's your job to greet them with a smile, whether it's on the phone or in person.
Answering Calls: Handle the company's main phone line. You'll need to pick up calls quickly, figure out what the caller needs, and connect them to the right person in the company.
Managing Packages and Mail: Sign for deliveries and make sure they get to the right people inside the company.
Keeping Things Organized: Help keep the office running smoothly by booking meeting rooms, updating contact lists, and keeping track of daily visitors.
Your Daily Tasks:
60% of Your Time: You'll spend most of your day managing the phone lines.
30% of Your Time: You'll handle administrative tasks like managing room bookings and keeping records.
10% of Your Time: You'll oversee the reception area, making sure it's tidy and welcoming.
