To ensure customer retention by assisting on social media, cancellations and transfers. Primary function is to ensure customer retention by assisting with Social Media queries and complaints, cancellation requests and the salvaging thereof, and transferring student’s courses to another course of their choice as well as changing course to a new potential student. Assisting with projects relating to complaints, cancellations and transfers which will include call out projects, cancellations projects and transfers projects and updating learners to the most recent version of the course

Educational requirements:
Grade 12
1-2 years customer service experience
MS office literate

Duties and Responsibilities:
Transfers and updates
Processing and submission of authorization vouchers
social media
Receives complaints via telephone internal emailed complaints, Hellopeter, and Social Media from customers
Cancellations
Achieved agreed targets
Reporting and administration
Ad hoc duties
