Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
1 Year experience in call centre or similar role
MS office proficient
Duties and Responsibilities:
Customer complaints support
Student complaints resolution
Liaises with internal departments to resolve student complaints
Ensure that complaints are processed within the required timeframes
Ensure completion on high level complaints
Assist with student related projects
Ensures processes are effective and followed
Conflict management
General administrative, daily, weekly and monthly reporting
Customer retention support
Administration
