Seeking a skilled Senior Credit Analyst with previous retail industry experience.
Dive into data analysis across Acquisition, Marketing, Account Management, and Collections.
This role plays an integral part of shaping strategic decisions with data-driven insights.


Minimum Requirements:
4 or more years of experience in a similar role, specific to the retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent.
Proficient in SQL or SAS and Microsoft Excel.
Comprehensive understanding and experience in all aspects of the credit lifecycle.
Demonstrated proficiency in developing scorecards and analytics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop optimal credit risk policies and determine limit calculations.
Analyze existing strategies and propose enhancements.
Design and implement A/B testing strategies.
Define rules for managing exposure according to customer performance.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and IT teams to design future-proof solutions.
Provide consultative support to Marketing and Collections teams to streamline operations.
Generate monitoring reports to track performance.
Mentor and train Junior Analysts.
Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to external data provider requirements.
