Innovative e-Commerce and Digital Marketing Manager who is ready to lead and evolve the online presence of an established retailer across multiple brands required.

Reporting directly to the CEO, this role plays an integral part in taking the business to the next level.

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant and completed Degree.
7 or more years of e-Commerce and Digital Marketing experience with 3 or more years in a management role
Proven track record and proficiency in social media, SEO, PPC, mobile, and email marketing.
Extensive familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Magento and WooCommerce, as well as payment gateways.
Outstanding analytical abilities and adeptness with premier data analysis tools and platforms like GA4 and Sprout.
Willingness to travel within Southern Africa.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Take charge of existing and new e-commerce platforms, ensuring effective digital marketing across all Group brands.
Provide strategic guidance on e-commerce business models, leveraging a deep understanding of the digital landscape.
Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to attract, convert, and retain online customers by analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
Manage budgets for e-commerce reach, sales, and marketing efforts, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Lead the social media marketing team to optimize digital assets and content delivery.
Collaborate with merchandising teams to implement e-commerce merchandising strategies, optimizing product inventory and category growth.
Work closely with marketing managers and advertising agencies to develop and refine digital marketing campaigns, maximizing ROI.
Continuously optimize website functionality and performance to enhance lead generation, sales, and customer satisfaction.
Identify and manage third-party specialists for technology and performance marketing solutions.
Foster strategic relationships with payment partners, e-commerce collaborators, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations, including web design, content management, promotional campaigns, and go-to-market strategies.
