We are looking for a highly skilled Implementation Consultant to join our client's remote team. In this role, you will work closely with enterprise and strategic clients to implement monday.com, customizing it to meet their specific business needs. You will be responsible for managing client onboarding, ensuring successful implementations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of their service offerings. This position requires the effective use of AI tools, including ChatGPT, to streamline processes and deliver innovative solutions that drive client success.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in Professional Services Implementation or Customer Success roles.
Minimum Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Professional Services Implementation or Customer Success roles.
Strong experience in customer-facing roles, with excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining quality.
Proficiency in web development frameworks (e.g., JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST API); knowledge of GraphQL is a plus.
Relevant certifications in project management or software implementation (e.g., PMP, Agile, monday.com certifications).
Hands-on experience with AI tools, including ChatGPT, to enhance client interactions and optimize productivity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and present demo platforms tailored to showcase the capabilities of monday.com for potential clients.
Manage the full implementation cycle, from onboarding to go-live, ensuring client success with monday.com.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalized solutions based on their needs.
Act as a project manager, coordinating efforts between clients and internal teams to meet project timelines.
Customize monday.com solutions based on client requirements, including onboarding, professional services, and managed services.
Collaborate with clients to configure critical workflows in monday.com and design end-user training programs.
Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to improve communication, streamline project management, and provide fast, customized solutions.
Stay updated on AI advancements, integrating new tools and techniques into daily workflows to drive innovation.
Identify additional opportunities for client growth and further implementation of monday.com features.
