We are looking for a Data Analyst to join a reputable and innovative company based in Randburg, Johannesburg. This role offers a unique chance to work on impactful projects, particularly focusing on call centre production statistics.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping the business make informed decisions by collecting, organising, and analysing data from multiple sources. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with 1–2 years of experience in data analytics who are proficient in tools like Power BI, Postgres, and Python.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
1–2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
Proficient in PowerBi, Postgres, Python and Excel
Strong analytical and Problem-Solving abilities
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Experience in call center analytics will be advantageous
Proactive, team-oriented, and adaptable.
Clear communicator with a knack for collaboration.
Thrives in high-pressure environments with a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities:
Analyze data and interpret trends to support decision-making.
Develop and implement data collection systems and reporting strategies.
Acquire data from diverse sources and maintain databases.
Ensure data accuracy through filtering, cleaning, and verification.
Collaborate with management to prioritize business needs.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
