Duration: Contract position for 6 months, with potential for permanency.

We are seeking a Project Manager for a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension, to manage a healthcare IT project. The successful candidate will coordinate efforts between teams in Spain, Saudi Arabia, and our client to deliver an efficient hospital information management system.
The ideal candidate will hold a PMP certification, have proven experience in managing healthcare IT projects and have a strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.

Full remote office setup, with backup for load shedding and connectivity outages, are non-negotiable for this role.
Note: This role is an Independent Contractor role, which means you will be required to submit an invoice to the client monthly at an agreed monthly rate. As this is a UK-based company, the successful candidate would be required to work in UK hours, depending on the time of year it is a 1 – 2-hour difference.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
Proven experience in managing healthcare IT projects.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
Agile project management experience (preferred).
Knowledge of healthcare information systems and technologies (preferred).
Experience with vendor management (preferred).

Duties and Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Management:
Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, and budget.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project objectives.
Monitor progress, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and senior management.
Identify and mitigate risks, manage resources, and conduct project meetings.

Change Management and Process Improvement:
Facilitate change management processes to address project changes.
Implement project management best practices.
Ensure quality assurance, testing processes, and resolve issues during the project.
Evaluate project outcomes for improvement.

Patient Focus and Innovation:
Prioritize patient care and safety throughout the project.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop innovative solutions.
Ensure timely delivery within budget.
Continuously improve project management processes.
