A London-based contracting service provider for the construction industry is seeking an experienced Telesales Representative. Specializing in subcontractor payroll management, the company helps mitigate IR35 and employment law risks. The role involves generating calls to potential clients to achieve sales targets. This full-time, remote position offers a competitive salary and benefits. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional approach to building strong client relationships.

Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in Telesales, preferably in the B2B sector
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability in negotiation and persuasion
Experience working in a target-driven environment
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
High resilience and persistence in overcoming objections

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage databases, including CRM systems, sales pipeline, and diary management
Generate new business by researching organizations to identify potential leads and clients
Conduct outbound cold calling and email campaigns to prospect for new leads
Engage potential clients in conversations to understand their payroll needs and present suitable solutions persuasively
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software
Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences
Maintain relationships with existing clients and manage accounts
Pitch services effectively, build a sales pipeline, and book meetings with prospective clients
