Retail franchise company specializing in ICT requires a meticulous Inventory Controller.
You will be required to ensure accurate inventory records, assess stock levels, and develop strategies to optimize turnover while minimizing stock shortages and excesses.


Minimum Requirements:
Completed Grade 12.
Completed Supply Chain-related National Diploma or Degree.
3 or more years of experience within an inventory control role specific to ICT related products.
Strong understanding of contract law and pricing strategies.
Previous hands-on experience in setting up and establishing inventory-related operations and systems.
Exceptional analytical abilities, coupled with effective project and time management skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Logistics Coordination:
Lead and manage logistics activities related to the company’s inventory, ensuring stock levels meet the needs of all distribution channels and customer demands.
Procurement and Supply: Collaborate with the inventory team and store management to place orders, ensuring stock levels are neither insufficient nor excessive.
Inventory Tracking: Use software tools to monitor the movement of goods, anticipate future stock requirements, and manage customer returns, including overseeing warranty claims.
Data Management: Regularly conduct inventory counts, compare against financial budgets, and prepare comprehensive reports on inventory operations and adjustments.
System Oversight: Implement, maintain and reconcile inventory control processes to ensure data accuracy and operational efficiency.
