Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar strategic sales role managing multiple sites, preferably within the ICT/ tech industry.
Strong leadership strategic and project management capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Exceptional negotiation and networking abilities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends and develop effective sales strategies.
Actively promote our products and services to potential clients, showcasing their value and benefits.
Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic selling and client engagement.
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding into new markets to drive business growth.
Ensure sales contracts align with legal and corporate standards.
Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business development success.
Develop and implement growth strategies focused on increasing revenue and customer satisfaction.
Evaluate and enhance team performance in client acquisition and sales.
Continuously monitor and improve sales processes based on market insights and customer needs.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and growth within the sales team.
Provide guidance and training to team members on effective sales techniques and best practices.
