A leading supplier of high-quality tyres for a wide range of vehicles, catering to both individual and commercial needs is seeking a new business development representative to join their team.
As the New Business Development Representative, you will focus on driving growth by identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the automotive sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding their client base, promoting their range of tire products, and ensuring sustained business growth.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license and own vehicle
2 - 3 years experience in automotive sales
Willingness to travel to meet with clients and attend industry events
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the automotive industry, focusing on expanding our market share.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth.
Educate potential clients on our range of tire products, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with new clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, tailored to their specific needs.
Lead negotiations with clients, securing favorable terms and closing deals effectively.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including client interactions, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
Work closely with the internal team, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies with company goals.
