Minimum Requirements:
A minimum of 5 - 8 years of relevant experience in technology, focusing on system development and maintenance.
A relevant tertiary qualification is preferred.
A strong focus on customer needs and service delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the timely availability of critical data and information through effective planning and resource management.
Deliver high-quality support and solutions to system users, ensuring optimal performance and satisfaction.
Lead multiple projects, managing resources and timelines to meet evolving customer demands.
Determine and manage the output capacity of projects to align with changing business needs.
Create and maintain system software within the Natural / Adabas / PHP environment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
