A well-established mobility business is seeking a driven and commercially strong Sales Executive to drive sustainable revenue growth within the vehicle rental and mobility sector.
This is a target-driven role suited to a hunter with an existing transferable debtor’s book who understands corporate B2B sales and can build long-term, profitable client relationships.
You will be responsible for both new business acquisition and growing an existing portfolio across corporate, leisure, travel, and insurance sectors.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) – essential
Relevant sales / marketing qualification – advantageous
3–5 years proven sales experience within car rental, fleet, mobility, or related transport industry specific to Corporate / B2B sales
Established and transferable debtor’s book – essential
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Valid driver’s licence
Willingness to travel as required
Duties and Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
Manage and grow an existing customer/debtor’s book
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Conduct client presentations, negotiations, and contract finalisations
Achieve monthly and annual revenue and utilisation targets
Ensure correct pricing, rate agreements, and contract compliance
Account Management
Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
Support debtor management in collaboration with finance
Resolve client queries and service issues promptly
Conduct regular client reviews to optimise retention and utilisation
Operational Collaboration
Liaise with branch and operations teams to ensure SLA delivery
Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline updates, and reporting
Align customer bookings with operational capacity
Market Intelligence & Brand Representation
Monitor competitor activity and pricing trends
Represent the business at networking events and industry functions
Promote the company as a preferred mobility partner
