A dynamic and design-led brand operating within the fashion and lifestyle space is looking for a results-driven Digital & eCommerce Manager to drive online sales and elevate its digital presence. This role focuses on building impactful social media strategies, creating compelling content, and strengthening brand visibility across digital platforms. The successful individual will play a key role in growing online engagement, managing influencer partnerships, and using data-driven insights to optimise performance and increase web traffic

Minimum Requirements:
Matric / Grade 12
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar (advantageous)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, and eCommerce
Proven experience in managing and growing online sales channels
Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, Google Ads)
Working knowledge of SEO principles and analytics tools
Experience creating high-quality, brand-aligned content
Strong understanding of social media strategy and audience engagement
Agency background (highly preferred)
Excellent written and spoken English (non-negotiable – international exposure)
High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts/projects
Working hours: 07:30am – 16:30pm

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media and eCommerce strategies aligned with brand objectives
Create original, high-quality content that showcases products and tells the brand story
Drive online sales through effective digital campaigns and platform optimisation
Manage and grow brand presence across all social media platforms
Engage with online audiences, respond to queries, and build active communities
Identify and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors
Ensure all influencer content aligns with brand identity and messaging
Monitor campaign performance and analyse data to improve engagement and traffic
Optimise paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta and Google Ads
Track trends and identify new opportunities to enhance brand visibility
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
