Call Centre Agent (JB1581)
R5000 – R6000 per month
The Administrative Support Call Agent will act as a single point of contact and will answer incoming student queries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant student problems and provide general academic information and technical support. The Agent will be a member of the primary student administrative support team and will be responsible for assisting in resolving queries over the phone, email and via other mediums used for interaction.
1-3 years previous customer service experience preferably in an omnichannel environment
Understanding of the student journey in distance education
Duties and responsibilities:
Customer enquiry resolution and customer retention
Achieve agreed targets
