Remote – South Africa (Cape Town preferred)
R20 – R30,000 CTC per month + Uncapped Commission

We’re looking for a driven, resourceful Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a growing SaaS and systems integration business. This fully remote role is ideal for someone with experience in tech, SaaS, or IT sales, who’s comfortable working with international clients and thrives on sparking high-value business conversations.
Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, qualifying inbound and outbound leads, and booking meetings for senior sales consultants — playing a critical role in expanding the company’s reach within the eCommerce and accounting technology space.
Minimum Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or IT
2 to 3 years’ experience in a sales or lead generation role (preferably B2B, SaaS, or eCommerce)
Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools and systems
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
Understanding of the B2B sales cycle and lead qualification methods
Confident, resilient, and professional when handling objections
Comfortable working independently and managing your own time
Personality and Work Ethic
Self-motivated and target-driven
Quick to learn and genuinely curious about tech solutions
Confident on the phone and in digital communication
Strong at building rapport and maintaining professionalism
Detail-oriented, organized, and focused on outcomes
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients across relevant industries
Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn
Qualifying Leads: Understand client needs and assess fit with the company’s solution
Booking Meetings: Schedule qualified appointments for senior sales team members
CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups
Pipeline Reporting: Share updates on activity levels, conversions, and lead progress
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams
Industry Awareness: Stay current on trends in digital commerce and system integrations
