Our client, a niche property investment and asset management company specializing in the commercial, retail, and industrial property sectors, is seeking an office and accounts administrator to join its team.
 
You will play a key role in keeping operations streamlined and financially organized. This in-office position combines high-level administrative support with hands-on bookkeeping and personal assistant responsibilities. You’ll work closely with senior leadership and be involved in the day-to-day operations of property investment and management business. A background or interest in the property sector will serve you well, as you’ll be exposed to various aspects of the commercial and retail property portfolio. Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 4 years experience in similar role 
Relevant qualifications in administration, finance, or accounting.
Strong administrative background.
Proven bookkeeping and personal assistant knowledge.
Proficiency in Pastel and Microsoft Excel is non-negotiable.
Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience in the property industry is advantageous.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
Provide comprehensive administrative and personal assistant support to senior leadership.
Manage scheduling, communications, travel arrangements, and general office tasks.
Perform day-to-day bookkeeping and basic accounting functions.
Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting using Pastel and Excel.
Maintain and update financial records with a high level of accuracy.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and property-related stakeholders where relevant.
Handle confidential information with discretion.
