Our client is expanding its product line to the home, office, and hotel furniture market. With a newly launched showroom and warehouse, it is focused on building a strong B2B wholesale presence while also connecting with local retail agents, designers, and high-end furniture networks.
This is an office-based, internal sales role focused on B2B wholesale furniture sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling showroom appointments, engaging with designers and retailers, and conducting market research to develop a strong distribution network.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric
Minimum 5 years experience in the furniture industry
Strong market development skills
Customer communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Proficiency in graphic design or advertising page editing a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Identify, onboard, and develop furniture distributors across the country while actively recruiting new sales agents.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with design companies and independent designers to foster collaboration and offer cost-effective solutions to customers.
Provide prompt and professional support to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Offer expert guidance and product information to help clients make informed decisions and enhance their overall experience.
Oversee stock-taking processes, ensuring accurate inventory tracking and efficient stock management.
Maintain accurate sales records and financial transaction documentation, analyze key data trends, and ensure proper filing and archiving for business insights.
