Reporting to the Marketing and Communications Director, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in building structure, bringing clarity to complex environments, and translating strategy into action.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in marketing, communications, or brand management, with flexibility on years of experience
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, with the ability to translate objectives into practical execution
Hands-on experience with digital marketing and social media management
Confidence working with analytics and performance reporting tools
Highly organised, self-managed, and comfortable working without close supervision
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to liaise with sales teams, agencies, and internal partners
Professional discretion and attention to detail in sensitive brand environments
Duties and Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Strategy
Develop and implement an annual marketing plan aligned with broader communications and brand objectives
Ensure consistent brand application across all channels, platforms, and business units
Support multiple internal teams with aligned messaging, positioning, and creative direction
Coordinate and manage external agencies, designers, and specialist partners as required
Campaign Development & Management
Plan, execute, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns supporting key initiatives, events, and impact-led stories
Draft campaign briefs, manage timelines, and oversee creative and media deliverables
Measure campaign effectiveness across reach, engagement, and conversion, providing insights and recommendations
Digital & Social Media
Manage and oversee official social media channels across key platforms
Plan and execute content calendars aligned to organisational priorities
Collaborate with internal teams and external creatives to deliver high-quality digital content
Monitor performance, track analytics, and report on engagement metrics
Maintain brand tone, quality, and confidentiality across all digital channels
Content Creation & Storytelling
Develop clear, compelling content that reflects organisational purpose and values
Work with stakeholders to identify and translate storytelling opportunities into digital and print formats
Draft, proofread, and edit marketing materials in line with house style and editorial standards
Internal Collaboration & Governance
Work closely with senior marketing leadership and internal teams to ensure message alignment
Uphold brand governance, risk, and confidentiality protocols in all public-facing communications
Support internal communication initiatives, campaigns, and projects where required
Assist with the coordination of external PR and digital partners
