Our client is looking for an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, stock control, order fulfilment and team coordination.
The successful candidate should be organised, dependable and solution-focused, with the ability to lead a team while remaining actively involved in day-to-day warehouse operations.
You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking accountability for stock and operations, and stepping in where required to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Qualification in Warehousing, Logistics or a related field
Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations
Fluency in multiple languages (advantageous)
Previous team management or supervisory experience
Experience working with stock-control systems and basic administration
Experience overseeing warehouse processes, including receiving, storage, picking and dispatch
Reliable, accountable and willing to work hands-on
PDP and Forklift Licence (advantageous)
Technical experience in equipment assembling, installing and troubleshooting fitness equipment
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of stock
Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts
Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks
Ensure customer orders are prepared accurately and on time
Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation and safety standards
Coordinate deliveries, collections and equipment installations
Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies efficiently
Monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient and accurate operations
