A growing Managed IT Services Provider based in Springs is looking for a Junior to Intermediate IT Support Engineer to join a tight-knit technical team that punches well above its weight.
This is not a siloed helpdesk seat where you read from a script and pass the hard stuff upward. The company operates across a wide range of client environments, with a strong Microsoft 365 and cloud focus, and the engineers here are expected to figure things out, own the problem, and deliver. The upside is real exposure, genuine variety, and a clear path toward senior-level engineering over the next 12 to 24 months for the right person.

Minimum Requirements
One to two years of experience in an IT support, systems support, field service, or junior systems administration role
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams
Basic Windows Server support experience
Understanding of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy fundamentals
Good general networking knowledge covering TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, routing and switching basics
Remote Desktop Services support experience
Strong troubleshooting ability with a solutions-first mindset
Good communication skills and a confident, professional approach with clients
Ability to work independently, follow escalation processes and take ownership of tasks
Valid driver's licence and reliable transport to get to the office
Previous MSP experience is advantageous
Exposure to Fortinet firewalls, Ubiquiti UniFi, Hyper-V or backup solutions is a bonus
Microsoft, Fortinet or Ubiquiti certifications, or studies currently in progress, will strengthen your application
Experience with RMM tools or ticketing platforms is beneficial
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote and onsite technical support across Microsoft 365, Windows Server and client infrastructure environments
Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams
Handle mailbox, user and licence management within Microsoft 365
Support and troubleshoot Windows Server environments at a foundational level
Assist with Active Directory administration covering users, groups, permissions and basic Group Policy
Support DNS, DHCP and general network troubleshooting
Assist with Remote Desktop Services support and user access issues
Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, fibre, LTE and general connectivity issues
Assist with basic configuration and troubleshooting of networking equipment including Ubiquiti access points
Escalate complex infrastructure, firewall, migration or project-related work to senior engineers
Maintain accurate documentation, support notes and client updates across multiple environments
Work across multiple client sites while following internal processes and standards
