A growing organisation within the food and beverage industry is looking for driven and ambitious Sales Representatives to join its team in Pretoria. This is an outbound sales role focused on generating new business, developing customer relationships, and growing market share. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, results-driven, coachable, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12
Valid driver's license
Own reliable vehicle for commuting to and from work purposes preferred
Minimum 2 years sales experience advantageous
Ability to generate own leads and source new business opportunities
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Presentable and professional
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Effective time management and route planning skills
Ability to work independently and manage own schedule
Willingness to work occasional weekends and public holidays when required for promotional events
Self-motivated and results-driven
Strong work ethic and accountability
Coachable and eager to learn
Adaptable and solutions-oriented
Reliable, and trustworthy
Positive attitude with a willingness to develop and grow
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to perform with minimal supervision

Duties and Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
Identify and develop new customer relationships within the assigned territory
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers
Schedule and attend client meetings and sales presentations
Manage and plan daily and weekly sales routes effectively
Achieve sales targets and maximise commission-earning opportunities
Conduct regular customer visits and follow-ups
Source and manage leads independently
Handle all sales-related administration accurately and timeously
Update customer records, spreadsheets, databases, and sales reports
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
Assist with promotional events, product launches, and marketing initiatives when required
Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor market activity and identify opportunities for business growth
Represent the company professionally at all times
Contribute to the continued growth and expansion of the business
Demonstrate long-term commitment and potential for future career advancement within the organisation
