A growing international SaaS organisation specialising in financial and compliance software solutions is looking for an experienced Senior Digital Marketer to take ownership of the full marketing function. This role is responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive lead generation, pipeline growth, brand visibility, and measurable revenue impact. Working closely with the founders, the successful candidate will lead all aspects of digital marketing, including demand generation, SEO, content marketing, marketing automation, partnerships, events, analytics, and strategic growth initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 + Relevant Qualification
5+ years' experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing
Proven track record of generating qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth
Strong hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid acquisition channels
Strong SEO knowledge, including technical SEO, content SEO, and AI-search optimisation
Extensive HubSpot experience
Experience creating and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong content marketing experience
Experience managing webinars, digital partnerships, sponsorships, and external marketing providers
Experience reporting on marketing performance, analytics, and ROI
Exceptional written English and content creation skills
Strong understanding of lead generation, demand generation, and conversion optimisation
Ability to analyse campaign performance and implement data-driven improvements
Experience within fintech, regtech, accounting software, financial software, or SaaS environments
Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, campaign optimisation, and workflow automation
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
Duties and Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising and Demand Generation
Manage Google Ads, Microsoft Ads (Bing), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid acquisition channels
Develop, implement, and optimise lead generation and pipeline growth campaigns
Improve conversion rates across advertisements, landing pages, and forms
Manage campaign budgets and optimise cost-per-lead, cost-per-opportunity, and ROI
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, retargeting, and competitor analysis
SEO and Website Growth
Develop and execute SEO strategies
Manage website content updates, landing pages, technical SEO improvements, and AI-search optimisation initiatives
Monitor website performance and identify opportunities to increase organic traffic and conversions
Content Marketing and Thought Leadership
Create and manage content calendars
Produce or coordinate blogs, case studies, customer success stories, email campaigns, video content, and social media content
Utilise AI tools to improve content production efficiency
Marketing Automation and CRM Management
Manage HubSpot as the central marketing platform
Develop audience segmentation strategies for prospects, customers, partners, and industry stakeholders
Improve lead nurturing processes and conversion rates throughout the sales funnel
Partnerships and Digital Distribution
Manage relationships with marketing partners, publishers, industry associations, and digital platforms
Coordinate sponsored articles, webinars, podcasts, newsletters, advertising placements, and content partnerships
Maximise return on investment from sponsorships and marketing agreements
Events, Webinars, and Conferences
Support the planning and execution of conferences, trade shows, sponsored events, webinars, and virtual events
Manage pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns
Coordinate event collateral, messaging, lead tracking, and follow-up campaigns
Brand Management and Marketing Collateral
Ensure consistency across all marketing assets and communications
Develop and maintain brochures, pitch decks, product sheets, customer presentations, infographics, event materials, and sales enablement content
Collaborate with design resources to maintain a strong and consistent brand presence
Analytics, Reporting, and Optimisation
Track and report on website traffic, MQLs, SQLs, demo bookings, campaign ROI, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates
Produce monthly marketing performance reports
Use data and insights to improve marketing effectiveness
Conduct A/B testing across campaigns, content, emails, and landing pages
Strategic Marketing Leadership
Work closely with leadership to shape marketing strategy
Identify and recommend new growth opportunities and marketing initiatives
Evaluate emerging AI, digital marketing, and content opportunities
Drive measurable business results through marketing activities
