Minimum Requirements
Business Administration diploma or degree preferred
3 or more years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role
MS Office proficiency
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities
Experience supporting senior executives advantageous
Project management exposure advantageous
Able to assist after hours when required
Able to coordinate conferences and events
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide executive administrative support to the COO
Manage complex calendars, meetings and scheduling
Coordinate travel, logistics and related arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence and project materials
Assist with system documentation, slide decks and executive support documents
Handle confidential communication with professionalism and discretion
Act as a key liaison between the executive office and internal and external stakeholders
Track action items, project timelines and follow-ups to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain accurate document management, filing and records
Support conference and event logistics, including coordination with suppliers and service providers
