Join a growing asset and equipment finance company in a fintech-driven environment.
You will own the full marketing function, distribute existing collateral, strengthen brand presence, and support the partnerships team with broker and supplier engagement.
Minimum Requirements:
Completed Marketing or business degree
One to two years of marketing experience with some sales exposure
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
High attention to detail and strong initiative
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport - travel to partners will be required
Duties and Responsibilities:
Own and manage the full marketing function for the business
Work with the external marketing agency to execute campaigns and distribute marketing collateral
Drive consistent posting and brand presence across LinkedIn and digital platforms
Support the partnerships team with broker and supplier engagement activities
Assist with identifying new brokers and suppliers to grow the network
Support the development and rollout of an incentive and rewards programme for approved partners
Coordinate email campaigns, partner communication and brand-aligned content
Ensure marketing output aligns with business objectives and supports sales teams
Engage with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of marketing assets
