A growing company in the supply chain and technology solutions space is seeking a motivated individual to support its sales function. This role focuses on lead generation, cold calling, research, client engagement, and managing email campaigns. Suited to someone confident, organised, and eager to build a career in sales within a supportive, results-driven environment.
Minimum Requirements:
Matric with a Diploma or relevant qualification
2–3 years’ experience in Sales, ideally Telesales within a SaaS environment
Comfortable cold calling C-Suite decision-makers
Strong computer literacy (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
CRM experience (HubSpot advantageous)
Ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload
Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and speak about technology solutions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional interpersonal skills
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport
Understanding of supply chain or inventory planning is an advantage
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct research to identify potential leads based on set criteria
Source contact information and creatively reach the right decision-makers
Cold call prospective clients to generate interest and schedule meetings
Manage and run email campaigns to nurture the sales pipeline
Build relationships with prospective clients and support pipeline development
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and follow-up calls
Meet individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM updates (HubSpot) from all sales interactions
Organise daily and weekly priorities to achieve goals
Participate in team meetings and progress sessions
