A well-established organisation within the security guarding sector is looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand its client base and secure new accounts. Operating from offices in Sunninghill, the role requires an individual who can balance in-office responsibilities with external client engagements. The position focuses on generating business growth, building and maintaining relationships with senior decision-makers, and negotiating service contracts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, professionalism, and a proven ability to drive sales within a competitive market

Minimum Requirements:
Own reliable vehicle with valid drivers licence (essential)
Proven experience in business development or sales (preferably in security, guarding, facilities, or related industries).
Strong client engagement skills with the ability to present confidently to directors and executives
CRM System knowledge
Excellent communication skills
Must demonstrate cultural fit, professionalism, and effective communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to secure new business within the retail and commercial security sector
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations at senior and executive level
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships
Prepare proposals, quotations, and service contracts aligned with client requirements
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery matches client expectations
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and sales pipelines using the internal CRM
Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to business growth
