Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Programme Manager to lead the operational delivery of learning journeys. This role requires strong project management skills, with a focus on seamless execution once programmes have been designed.
You’ll coordinate logistics, scheduling, communications, and reporting across multiple cohorts and formats (virtual, in-person, blended). While you won’t design the content, you will support material coordination, version control, and timeline alignment.
The role involves both client-facing and internal collaboration, supporting stakeholders, ensuring delivery excellence, and mentoring junior team members.

Minimum Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in programme coordination, project operations, or delivery management.
Strong planning and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in client-facing roles and stakeholder engagement.
Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Salesforce, Excel, Teams, Zoom, and LMS platforms.
Strong attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
Ability to think critically, make informed decisions, and resolve delivery challenges.
Collaborative working style and willingness to support and develop others.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Programme Execution & Coordination

Manage day-to-day delivery of learning journeys, including logistics, schedules, participants, and facilitators.
Maintain clear, repeatable systems and tools to ensure smooth handovers.
Use project and learning management systems to track progress and ensure consistency.
Develop detailed engagement plans with timelines, communications, and touchpoints.
Client & Internal Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary delivery contact for clients, managing logistics, timelines, and updates.
Align with stakeholders on engagement strategy and communications.
Collaborate with consultants, facilitators, and support teams (logistics, production, finance, digital).
Provide clear updates, manage risks, and communicate changes effectively.
Content Coordination
Track material readiness and version control to ensure timely delivery.
Liaise with consultants and production teams to align materials with programme plans.
Data Management & Reporting
Track participant attendance, feedback, and assessments.
Prepare delivery reports and ensure data accuracy.
Standards & Continuous Improvement
Create templates, checklists, and best practices to ensure consistent quality.
Identify risks and opportunities, escalating when required.
Share lessons learned to enhance future delivery.
Collaboration & Leadership Growth
Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture.
Provide informal guidance to junior colleagues.
Participate in retrospectives and support continuous improvement of processes.
