Minimum Requirements:
Relevant degree/diploma (business, sales, or related field preferred)
3–5 years in B2B SaaS sales (cybersecurity sales experience highly advantageous)
Proven experience managing VARs, MSPs, distributors, or OEM partners
Proficiency in CRM (Zoho CRM an advantage) and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel when required
Strong technical aptitude to understand SaaS and cybersecurity solutions
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Resilience and ability to work under pressure in target-driven environments

Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Growth:
Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities through prospecting, networking, and structured sales processes.
Channel Partner Management: Recruit, onboard, and develop reseller partners. Build strong, trust-based relationships to drive joint growth and collaborate on go-to-market initiatives.
Account Management: Protect and grow revenue in existing accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal management. Act as a trusted advisor to clients.
Strategic Selling: Position SaaS and cybersecurity products effectively against competitors, highlighting business outcomes and value. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Maintain accurate CRM pipeline data and forecasting.
Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and technical teams to align on account strategies.
