Location: Kimberley, Northern Cape
Salary: R15 - 25 000 per month + commission
Benefits: Travel Reimbursement (AA Rates) and accommodation when necessary

We are seeking an experienced and motivated FMCG Sales Representative to join our client's growing team.
This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with strong industry knowledge and established networks within the FMCG sector, particularly snack foods.
Based ideally in Kimberley or surrounding areas, you will cover key regions across the Northern Cape (Kimberley, Upington, Bloemfontein, Ladybrand, Lesotho border areas). You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring product visibility in stores.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 3 years’ FMCG sales experience (snack food sales highly advantageous).
Strong existing network with wholesalers and retailers in the Northern Cape.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
An analytical mindset with the ability to track sales performance and identify opportunities.
Own reliable vehicle (travel reimbursed at AA rates).
Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop new business opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts.
Build strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key buyers in the FMCG space.
Ensure proper merchandising and product availability in retail outlets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.
Provide regular reporting on sales performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.
Resolve client issues promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to align sales activities.
