Take ownership of stock administration across multiple resort locations by ensuring inventory accuracy, efficient controls, and timely reporting. Use Oracle and related systems to process requisitions, purchase orders, goods received vouchers, and stock analysis reports. Partner with resort managers and suppliers to optimise stock levels, resolve discrepancies, and strengthen compliance in all off-site stock management processes.
Minimum Requirements:
2–3 years’ experience in stock administration, inventory control, or procurement.
Strong working knowledge of Oracle or similar inventory/ERP systems.
Proficiency in MS Office, with solid Excel reporting and analysis skills.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
Clear communicator with the ability to support and train staff where required.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
System Transactions (Oracle & Hotel Time Vento)
Process and approve internal purchase requisitions.
Generate credit purchase orders and goods received vouchers.
Produce and analyse system-driven stock and purchasing reports.
Approve quote requests and ensure accurate documentation.
Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders for suppliers.
Verify stock receipts and maintain updated system records.
Support compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate stock records across all managed resorts.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, variances, or process improvements.
Prepare detailed reports for management and recommend corrective actions.
Assist with inventory optimisation and reduction initiatives.
Ensure adherence to company policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
Provide guidance to resort teams on stock procedures and system use.
Promote consistent practices across all sites.
Act as a key link between operational staff and management on inventory matters.
