An established company specialising in management consulting is looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to lead a dynamic project within the Public Service sector. This role requires a strong track record in managing complex projects, with a minimum of three years’ proven experience. The successful candidate will play a key role in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while guiding diverse teams toward successful execution. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Project Manager will ensure projects are delivered within scope, on time, and in alignment with strategic goals, while maintaining high standards of communication, collaboration, and governance
Minimum Requirements:
Own vehicle and valid drivers license
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a project manager
Experience in management consulting and the banking industry preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
Duties and Responsibilities:
Drive the project forward and deliver results within scope, timeline, and budget
Lead project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration
Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and adapt plans as necessary
Be accountable for project budgets and ensure cost control
Ensure compliance with project management standards and best practices
Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and senior management
