Join a growing pharmaceutical team focused on the independent pharmacy and dispensing GP market across Port Elizabeth and the Garden Route. This is a hands-on sales role requiring direct, relationship-led selling — no formulary access, no retail chains, just strong face-to-face engagement and territory ownership.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma or degree (science, healthcare, or business-related preferred)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in direct pharmaceutical sales to independent practices
Experience with RepWise and SSV software
Valid driver’s licence, reliable car, and willingness to travel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Able to plan and manage own sales cycle effectively
Driven, presentable, and able to build lasting relationships in the field
Fluency in Afrikaans and English
Confident, energetic, and results-oriented
Self-motivated with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets
Relationship-builder with a professional and driven approach
Able to plan and manage own sales pipeline effectively
Duties and Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a niche GX portfolio to pharmacies and GPs
Build and manage strong client relationships with regular in-person visits
Achieve sales targets and grow the territory through smart, data-led planning
Provide high-quality service, resolve customer concerns, and track activities
Maintain accurate reporting, CRM data, and territory admin
Comply with all internal SOPs and pharmacovigilance protocols
