Minimum Requirements:
3-year Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations, or similar (NQF 7)
Minimum of 2 years sales experience
Previous team leadership experience required
Valid driver’s license and own car
Strong presentation and communication skills
Confident working towards individual and team sales targets
Excellent time management and reporting accuracy
Duties and Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve appointment, application, and registration targets
Present to schools and attend career expos
Generate and follow up on leads and applications
Conduct structured interviews with prospective students and parents
Convert interviews into applications and registrations
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual and team targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and reports
Ensure application documents are complete and submitted correctly
Represent the brand positively across all touchpoints
