Seeking a reliable, hands-on IT Support Technician to join a fast-paced team based in Johannesburg Central. This is a great opportunity for someone with at least 3 years of solid IT experience who is confident troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues at a 1st line level. You’ll be supporting internal users across a range of systems — from Office 365 to specialised warehouse software — and playing a key role in maintaining daily IT functionality across the business.

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an IT support role
Strong 1st line support skills across hardware, software, and networking
Proficient in supporting the full Office 365 suite (Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, etc.)
Experience with Sage Evolution
Exposure to Fenya or similar warehouse/stock management systems (advantageous)
Knowledge of standard printer troubleshooting (preferably STD printers)
Familiarity with Active Directory (onsite) and Office 365 integration
Experience with SonicWall firewalls or similar network security appliances
Ability to work on-site and manage user queries independently
Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide 1st line support to users on hardware, software, and networking issues
Maintain and troubleshoot Office 365 applications including user access and permissions
Support and maintain Sage Evolution and Fenya application usage across departments
Manage onsite Active Directory and its integration with Office 365
Set up and maintain printers, hardware peripherals, and basic networking
Monitor, update, and escalate issues using internal ticketing systems
Liaise with external service providers where necessary (e.g. for firewall management)
Assist in basic user training and documentation
Ensure IT assets and records are kept up to date
