A leading manufacturer of advanced medical imaging technology, with a global footprint and strong local presence, is looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join their Team. Specialising in X-ray imaging systems for trauma and forensic medical environments, the company is committed to innovation, efficiency, and saving lives. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional with both technical acumen and clinical understanding, who can drive customer engagement, retention, and product feedback strategies to support growth and global competitiveness

Minimum Requirements:
Own vehicle and valid drivers licence
Bachelor's Degree in Diagnostic Radiography, Medical Imaging, or related clinical field; OR
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or relevant commercial field with clinical/commercial experience (preferably in the medical field)
3–5 years’ experience in customer relationship management, product management, or account management (medical device or healthcare tech sector preferred)
Minimum 2 years in a mid-to-senior managerial role with strategic and cross-functional responsibilities
Proven experience with medical imaging (especially X-ray systems), including clinical workflows and product demonstrations
Experience across both public and private healthcare sectors
Exposure to international markets or clients advantageous
Strong leadership, technical aptitude, communication, and data literacy
Willingness to travel locally and internationally
Ability to operate independently in a regulated, detail-oriented environment
Passion for healthcare innovation and improving outcomes

Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen customer relationships and service delivery
Act as the key liaison for high-value clients, building long-term partnerships and advocating internally for their needs
Collect and translate customer feedback into actionable improvements across products and services
Provide training and clinical support to users for optimal device usage
Support sales and marketing efforts by identifying leads and contributing to strategy
Collaborate across departments (product, engineering, service, compliance, etc.) to ensure alignment and execution
Monitor product success metrics and usage data to guide ongoing improvements
Conduct market and clinical research to inform product development and positioning
Support product lifecycle management, from concept to phase-out
Provide input on product vision, roadmap, and commercialization strategies
Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain relevant documentation and safety standards
Track and report on customer analytics, site performance, and user experience
Champion the customer perspective in product design, usability, and communication
