Take full ownership of sales performance across Gauteng and surrounding provinces.
This high-impact Management role is ideal for a driven sales professional with expertise in valve and flow solutions and the confidence to engage EPCs and major industrial clients with ease.
Minimum Requirements:
Technical qualification (N6/N Diploma) or mechanical/instrumentation apprenticeship
2 or more years' external sales experience in specific valves/flow-related equipment
2 or more years' experience at a Sales Management level with the ability to lead a small team
Proven track record with EPCs (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) and large industrial operations
Ability to analyse flow-related issues and deliver long-term, value-based solutions
Ability to present technical, valve-related demonstrations to key decision makers
MS Office and CRM system experience
Strong reporting ability
Valid driver’s licence with own reliable vehicle
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement aggressive growth strategies for your region
Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to hit and exceed targets
Build trusted relationships with key EPCs and industrial clients
Present technical product demos with confidence
Identify market gaps and create winning sales plans
Deliver detailed performance reports and forecasts to senior management
Align closely with product, marketing, and support teams to drive success
Attend key trade shows and industry events to represent the brand
Actively recruit and onboard new sales staff as the region grows
