Our client is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that delivers high-quality leads to demolition, land clearing, and excavation companies across the United States. They specialize in Facebook and Google Ads using a proven ad strategy that has delivered consistent results for their clients. The team is fully remote, youthful, and driven by performance.

We are seeking two Junior Paid Media Specialists to join the team - one with a focus on Facebook/Meta Ads, and the other with a focus on Google Ads. This role is ideal for candidates with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in paid advertising, who are looking to deepen their skills and grow in a supportive, results-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated and curious individual who is not afraid to ask questions when clarity is needed. You thrive in a remote work environment and are able to stay productive without constant supervision. You’re comfortable working outside of traditional South African business hours to align with US-based clients, and you bring a strong personal drive to succeed in a performance-based setting.

You take ownership of your work, are eager to learn, and are always looking for ways to improve campaign performance and client outcomes. If you’re passionate about digital advertising and ready to grow within a supportive team, we want to hear from you.

Minimum Requirements:
1–2 years of practical experience in either:
Facebook/Meta Ads or Google Ads (Search/Display)
Experience running live ad campaigns with measurable results
Strong interest in digital marketing and lead generation
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Good communication skills and a proactive approach

Advantageous but Not Required:
Exposure to GoHighLevel or other marketing CRMs
Familiarity with landing page optimization or basic funnel concepts
Experience working with international clients (especially US-based)
Understanding of retargeting strategies

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup & Management
Assist in setting up and managing paid campaigns on Facebook or Google
Write basic ad copy and choose relevant visuals/audiences with guidance
Monitor daily performance and make small optimizations (budgets, bids, targeting)

Performance Tracking & Reporting
Track key campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.)
Prepare simple reports and updates for senior team members or clients
Identify areas for improvement and suggest ideas

Learning & Development
Stay current with advertising trends and platform changes
Participate in internal training to grow your PPC and funnel knowledge
Take initiative to test new approaches and contribute to team success

Support Client Success
Respond to client requests and queries with support from senior staff
Attend client meetings or check-ins where required
Maintain professional and friendly communication
