Minimum Requirements:
Registered with the HPCSA as an Industrial Psychologist or Psychometrist (Independent Practice).
Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate or multi-stakeholder environment.
Demonstrated experience in employer branding, strategic sourcing, and psychometric assessments.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
SABPP registration is advantageous.
Deep understanding of EE, BCEA, POPIA, and FICA legislation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition
Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, offers, and offboarding.
Collaborate with business units to align hiring with organisational goals.
Implement sustainable sourcing strategies for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
Track and report on recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring satisfaction.
Employer Branding
Drive employer branding across schools, universities, and social platforms.
Drive talent marketing strategies and internal communication campaigns that support career growth and employee engagement.
Stakeholder Engagement
Consult on job evaluations, role design, and organisational structures.
Support succession planning and manage agency partnerships.
Assessment and Coaching
Administer and interpret psychometric assessments for selection and development.
Provide ethical, constructive feedback to candidates and hiring teams.
Governance and Compliance
Ensure full compliance with employment legislation across all recruitment activities.
Report on recruitment goals and contribute to retention strategies.
Conduct and analyse exit interviews for insights and improvements.
Systems and Analytics
Manage the applicant tracking system and support data-driven hiring decisions.
Use analytics to refine recruitment strategies and support organisational development.
Drive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and policy frameworks.
